Empty Space & Concept Drawing
The empty space had a few design quirks that needing addressing. 1. How to get clean neat symmetrical tv cabinet into a rounded off center niche. We started by measuring the niche arch wall space on either side of what would become the built in cabinet. Then coming to a even number to allow for each left and right side. Then building a design from the center out.
The Concept drawing helps our client see a clear vision of what is going to be built. In this cabinet we use the side panels to center the cabinet, as they will hide the old sheet rock niche space. Keeping in mind the clients needs for additional storage, and concealing wires and TV mount.
Install and Final Paint
This first day of install is all about test fitting. We set the pre primed and cleared boxes. Then assemble all the components making the larger single cabinet. We test fit the panels and doors, then took them back to our shop for painting.
Once the doors are final coated and dry, we return to the job site and final paint the cabinet body, then hang the doors, and set the shelfs with chrome pins. Using soft close European hinges for the doors.
